Designing accessible provision
Accessible rooms need more floor space than standard cubicles, plus suitable door widths, grab rails and fittings. We design these into the floor plan from the start, so the building size reflects the accessible provision you need.
Accessible showers and Changing Places
Accessible shower rooms can be designed in. If you need a Changing Places facility, speak to us — these have specific space and equipment requirements that must be designed carefully for your project.
Compliance
Requirements vary by project and use. Your designer, Building Control or approved inspector will confirm what applies to your site; we'll work with the specification you need.
How much does it cost?
Indicative prices start from the module shell (£3,500 + VAT for the smallest size), plus £1,500 + VAT for each toilet and basin and £1,000 + VAT for each shower. 80mm insulation adds 10% and external cladding adds 20% of the shell price. Your final quotation depends on layout, rooms, equipment, delivery and services. See full prices.
Buying instead of hiring
Finance is available (subject to status), so the cost can be spread much like hire — but you own the building. Because it can be relocated, it keeps some value: if you no longer need it, it can be sold and we can help with that. Resale value depends on condition and the market. Compare buying and hiring.
