Combining toilets and showers
Showers can be added to any toilet block. Wet-room areas use 3mm PVC flooring. Each shower adds a fixed amount to the indicative price, and the layout is confirmed on a floor plan.
Private cubicles or shared rooms
Campsites often prefer private shower cubicles or family bathrooms; sports clubs often need shared changing and shower areas. Tell us how the building will be used.
How much does it cost?
Indicative prices start from the module shell (£3,500 + VAT for the smallest size), plus £1,500 + VAT for each toilet and basin and £1,000 + VAT for each shower. 80mm insulation adds 10% and external cladding adds 20% of the shell price. Buying instead of hiring
Finance is available (subject to status), so the cost can be spread much like hire — but you own the building. Because it can be relocated, it keeps some value: if you no longer need it, it can be sold and we can help with that. Resale value depends on condition and the market. Compare buying and hiring.
