Diversification
Farm shops, cafés, pick-your-own, wedding venues and campsites all bring visitors who need toilets. A modular building can serve a new venture without converting existing farm buildings.
Staff and seasonal workers
Toilets and showers for farm staff and seasonal workers can be combined in one building.
How much does it cost?
Indicative prices start from the module shell (£3,500 + VAT for the smallest size), plus £1,500 + VAT for each toilet and basin and £1,000 + VAT for each shower. 80mm insulation adds 10% and external cladding adds 20% of the shell price. Your final quotation depends on layout, rooms, equipment, delivery and services. See full prices.
Buying instead of hiring
Finance is available (subject to status), so the cost can be spread much like hire — but you own the building. Because it can be relocated, it keeps some value: if you no longer need it, it can be sold and we can help with that. Resale value depends on condition and the market. Compare buying and hiring.
