Why buying can cost less than hiring
Hire charges continue for as long as you need the building, and you have nothing at the end. When you buy, you pay for the building once (or spread it with finance) and you own an asset that still has value.
Finance available
Finance can spread the cost into regular payments, so budgeting works much like a hire agreement — but the payments go towards a building you own. Finance is subject to status; ask us for details with your quote.
The building keeps some value
A modular building can be lifted and relocated, so when you no longer need it, it can be sold on. We can help you find a buyer. Resale value depends on the building's condition and the market at the time, so it isn't guaranteed.
Compare it yourself
Take your current or quoted weekly hire cost and multiply it by the number of weeks you expect to need facilities. Compare that with our quotation and the likely resale value. For long-term or repeated use, ownership is often the better deal.
Do you offer hire?
No — we don't run a hire fleet. We design and supply new buildings to buy, with finance available.
How much does it cost?
Indicative prices start from the module shell (£3,500 + VAT for the smallest size), plus £1,500 + VAT for each toilet and basin and £1,000 + VAT for each shower. 80mm insulation adds 10% and external cladding adds 20% of the shell price. Your final quotation depends on layout, rooms, equipment, delivery and services. See full prices.
Buying instead of hiring
Finance is available (subject to status), so the cost can be spread much like hire — but you own the building. Because it can be relocated, it keeps some value: if you no longer need it, it can be sold and we can help with that. Resale value depends on condition and the market. Compare buying and hiring.
