Planning around the school year
Because the building is made off-site, on-site work focuses on the base, services and installation. We'll discuss timescales with you when quoting — we don't promise fixed lead times.
Sports fields
Toilets and changing near playing fields can serve school sport and community lettings.
How much does it cost?
Indicative prices start from the module shell (£3,500 + VAT for the smallest size), plus £1,500 + VAT for each toilet and basin and £1,000 + VAT for each shower. 80mm insulation adds 10% and external cladding adds 20% of the shell price. Your final quotation depends on layout, rooms, equipment, delivery and services. See full prices.
Buying instead of hiring
Finance is available (subject to status), so the cost can be spread much like hire — but you own the building. Because it can be relocated, it keeps some value: if you no longer need it, it can be sold and we can help with that. Resale value depends on condition and the market. Compare buying and hiring.
