What can an amenity block include?
Every facilities block is designed to your site. Possible inclusions — none of which are standard, all designed to order — are:
- Toilets and basins
- Showers or private shower cubicles
- Private bathrooms / family rooms
- Accessible facilities
- Baby changing
- Laundry and washing-up areas where designed
Seasonal and year-round sites
40mm insulated panels are standard; the 80mm upgrade improves thermal performance for sites open through colder months.
Expanding pitches
Adding pitches often means adding facilities. Modular buildings can be positioned close to new pitch areas and extended later.
How much does it cost?
Indicative prices start from the module shell (£3,500 + VAT for the smallest size), plus £1,500 + VAT for each toilet and basin and £1,000 + VAT for each shower. 80mm insulation adds 10% and external cladding adds 20% of the shell price. Buying instead of hiring
Finance is available (subject to status), so the cost can be spread much like hire — but you own the building. Because it can be relocated, it keeps some value: if you no longer need it, it can be sold and we can help with that. Resale value depends on condition and the market. Compare buying and hiring.
