Types of toilet block
Most enquiries fall into a few types. Each can be sized up or down by choosing a different module length or combining modules.
- Single toilet buildings — one WC and basin, ideal for small sites and offices
- Multi-WC blocks — several cubicles with shared basins
- Male & female blocks — separate entrances and facilities
- Accessible toilet buildings — larger accessible WC rooms
- Toilet & shower blocks — combined amenity buildings
- Toilet + changing facilities — for sports and leisure
How many toilets fit?
We don't publish a fixed number of toilets per building size until the layout has been drawn and checked. Tell us what you need and we'll produce a floor plan showing what fits.
Indicative pricing
Prices are built from the module shell plus each toilet and basin, and each shower. See the prices page for the full breakdown, or use the configurator to build up a figure for your requirements.
How much does it cost?
Indicative prices start from the module shell (£3,500 + VAT for the smallest size), plus £1,500 + VAT for each toilet and basin and £1,000 + VAT for each shower. 80mm insulation adds 10% and external cladding adds 20% of the shell price. Buying instead of hiring
Finance is available (subject to status), so the cost can be spread much like hire — but you own the building. Because it can be relocated, it keeps some value: if you no longer need it, it can be sold and we can help with that. Resale value depends on condition and the market. Compare buying and hiring.
