What clubs typically need
Spectator toilets, player changing with showers, a separate officials' room and an accessible WC are the most common requirements. Modules can be combined to bring these into one building or kept as separate buildings around the ground.
Grow with the club
Because buildings are modular, a club can start with essential toilets and add further modules later as membership and funding grow.
Funding applications
Clubs applying for grants often need a floor plan and quotation. We can provide an indicative floor plan and quotation to support your application.
How much does it cost?
Indicative prices start from the module shell (£3,500 + VAT for the smallest size), plus £1,500 + VAT for each toilet and basin and £1,000 + VAT for each shower. 80mm insulation adds 10% and external cladding adds 20% of the shell price. Your final quotation depends on layout, rooms, equipment, delivery and services. See full prices.
Buying instead of hiring
Finance is available (subject to status), so the cost can be spread much like hire — but you own the building. Because it can be relocated, it keeps some value: if you no longer need it, it can be sold and we can help with that. Resale value depends on condition and the market. Compare buying and hiring.
