Built for public use
Public toilets get heavy use. We discuss robust fittings, durable finishes and the right mix of unisex, accessible and baby-changing provision for your site.
Fitting into the setting
Decorative external cladding helps public buildings suit parks, coastal areas and conservation settings.
Reduced time on site
Because the building is manufactured off-site, on-site works are focused on preparing the base and connecting services, which reduces how long a public space is affected.
How much does it cost?
Indicative prices start from the module shell (£3,500 + VAT for the smallest size), plus £1,500 + VAT for each toilet and basin and £1,000 + VAT for each shower. 80mm insulation adds 10% and external cladding adds 20% of the shell price. Your final quotation depends on layout, rooms, equipment, delivery and services. See full prices.
Buying instead of hiring
Finance is available (subject to status), so the cost can be spread much like hire — but you own the building. Because it can be relocated, it keeps some value: if you no longer need it, it can be sold and we can help with that. Resale value depends on condition and the market. Compare buying and hiring.
