Worked example (5.9m building)

  • Shell: £6,500 + VAT
  • With 4 toilets/basins (where the layout is appropriate): £6,500 + £6,000 = £12,500 + VAT
  • 80mm upgrade: +£650 · Cladding: +£1,300
  • Shell with both upgrades: £8,450 + VAT before sanitary equipment

What affects the final quotation?

Layout, number of rooms, accessible provision, urinals, additional basins, equipment, internal finishes, electrical specification, delivery, site access, groundworks and service connections. Indicative prices are not a quotation; we confirm everything on a floor plan.

Toilet block cost questions

Module shells start from £3,500 + VAT. Each toilet with basin adds £1,500 + VAT and each shower adds £1,000 + VAT. Final prices depend on layout, rooms, equipment, delivery and services.

As an indicative example where the layout is appropriate: £6,500 shell + 4 × £1,500 = £12,500 + VAT.

Each toilet and basin is £1,500 + VAT, subject to the layout fitting within the building.

The 80mm insulated panel upgrade adds 10% of the module shell price.

External decorative cladding adds 20% of the module shell price.

No. Prices are shown excluding VAT. Delivery, groundworks and service connections are quoted separately for your site.
