Shell prices and sanitary prices are published on our prices page and update automatically. Add 80mm insulation or external cladding as a percentage of the shell. Accessible rooms, urinals, extra basins and equipment are priced at quotation.

Layout, number of rooms, internal finishes, electrical specification, delivery distance and access, groundworks and service connections.
Finance
Finance is available subject to status, spreading the cost into regular payments.
How much does it cost?
Indicative prices start from the module shell (£3,500 + VAT for the smallest size), plus £1,500 + VAT for each toilet and basin and £1,000 + VAT for each shower. 80mm insulation adds 10% and external cladding adds 20% of the shell price.
